To arrive by car in Norcia
Coming from Rome can safely go:
Terni (a city which begins Valnerina low) and then visit the Cascade Falls, the road SS209 - Valnerina;
Spoleto, reaching Sant'Anatolia Narco through the gallery and continuing Eggi Borgo Cerreto di Spoleto and Norcia then;
Rieti, along SS4 Salaria near Trisungo (Arquata del Tronto) turn towards Norcia, through the tunnel Canapine fork.
For those coming from Perugia advise you to go to SS3 - Flaminia and arrive in Spoleto then take the tunnel to go Eggi Sant'Anatolia Narco, or go to Foligno and take the road SS77 - Val di Chienti direction Casenove up to Macerata, then along the SS319 - Sellanes for Sellano, Borgo Cerreto and finally Norcia.
For those who want to reach through the Marche Visso can take the road SS209 - up to Valnerina Chiusida Bridge, then take the SP476 - Norcia Norcia and Preci to get to.
For those who are from Ascoli Piceno or otherwise want to take the SS4 - Salaria suggest taking the SP64 - Norcia (located near Arquata del Tronto) to reach Norcia itineriario passing through a strange but fascinating, and coming to Forks Canapine Castelluccio, or you can go in the tunnel that leads directly to Norcia.
