The ribbon-cutting ceremony tomorrow at 15 in Piazza San Benedetto
Norcia - The curtain rises for the staging of the first edition of "Fall of taste," the three days of flavors, aromas and tasting Norcia scheduled for this weekend. The ribbon cutting is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 15, in Piazza San Benedetto. Together with the Mayor Gian Paolo Stefanelli there will be the Vice President and Head of the regional agriculture Liviantoni Charles, President of the Province of Perugia Guasticce Marcus Vinicius and the new president of the Mountain Community Valnerina Paolo Silveri. From Piazza San Benedetto, the opening ceremony will move to the town hall for the mayor's welcome speech to all participants and all the authorities present. Followed by a visit to the stands set up in the square, representing the four most important culinary excellence Norcia (truffles, cured meats, cheeses and lentils) and cooking demonstrations at the center of marketing of local products by six emerging chefs. The program also provides historical paths tomorrow afternoon on local products by the CEDRAV (from 15 to 19), free guided tours to the collections of the Museum and the ancient diocesan tasting of local cuisine (from 17 to 19) and Free guided tours at the museum of civilization (at 16).
